Robert M. DeMichele
President, CEO & CIO
Mr. DeMichele is the President, CEO and CIO of Strategy Asset Managers. Prior to establishing Strategy Asset Managers, Mr. DeMichele served as the Chairman and CEO of Lexington Management Corporation, as well as Chairman of the firm's Investment Strategy Group, from 1981 through 2000. He also held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Lexington's publicly held parent company, Lexington Global Asset Managers, from 1983 through 2000. During this period, Mr. DeMichele also served as Chairman and Co-Portfolio Manager of Market Systems Research (MSR), a Lexington Global Asset Managers subsidiary. Prior to Lexington and MSR, Mr. DeMichele worked for Warburg, Paribas, Becker, an international investment-banking firm, where he held several positions. Before joining Becker in 1973, Mr. DeMichele worked at Richardson Vick, Inc., a leading consumer-marketing firm, for six years.
Mr. DeMichele holds a B.A. degree from Union College and an M.B.A. from Cornell University, Johnson Graduate School of Business.
Alan H. Wapnick
Senior Vice President, Director of Global Investment Strategy
Mr. Wapnick is the Director of Global Investment Strategy and is responsible for portfolio management of global investments. In addition, he is responsible for equity analysis. Alan has over 40 years of investment experience.
Prior to joining Strategy Asset Managers in 2001, Mr. Wapnick worked with Lexington Management Corporation as the Director of Domestic Equity Investment Strategy. At Lexington, he was responsible for the portfolio management of value equity and co-portfolio management of global investments. Before joining Lexington in 1986, Mr. Wapnick was an equity analyst with Merrill Lynch, J & W Seligman, Dean Witter and Union Carbide Corporation.
Mr. Wapnick is a graduate of Dartmouth College and received a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Columbia University.
Cecelia L. Waterman-Santiago, CIMA
Senior Vice President, Marketing and Client Services
Ms. Waterman-Santiago is Senior Vice President with Strategy Asset Managers, LLC and is responsible for marketing and client services on behalf of the firm. Prior to joining Strategy Asset Managers in January 2001,
Ms. Waterman-Santiago worked with Lexington Management Corporation, and its subsidiary MSR Advisors, as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Client Services for institutional and private clients. Before joining Lexington Management Corporation and MSR Advisors, Ms. Waterman-Santiago held a position in Human Resources at the law firm of Thacher Proffitt & Wood and a position in Client Services at Solomon Equities, Inc.
Ms. Waterman-Santiago holds a B.S. degree from St. Lawrence University and an M.B.A. from Fordham University. She also holds a Certified Investment Management Analyst Designation (CIMA) from the Investment Management Consultants Association and the Wharton School of Business.

Lee D. Grichuhin
Senior Vice President, Private Client Group
Mr. Grichuhin is a Senior Vice President with Strategy Asset Managers and is responsible for marketing and client service for the Western Region. Prior to joining Strategy Asset Managers, Mr. Grichuhin spent 11 years at Lexington Management Corporation as a Marketing/Client Services representative. Before working at Lexington Management Corporation, Mr. Grichuhin worked with Metric Capital Corporation (formerly The Fox Group-Fox & Carskadon Financial Corporation) and as a stockbroker with Dean Witter Reynolds.
Mr. Grichuhin earned his B.A. and M.A. degrees from Eastern Washington University, and is a member of the FPA of Northern California.
Robert C. Watson
Senior Vice President, Private Client Group
Mr. Watson is Senior Vice President with Strategy Asset Managers and is responsible for marketing and client service in the Southern United States. Prior to joining Strategy Asset Managers, Mr. Watson worked for 16 years with Lexington Management Corporation as a Marketing/Client Services representative. Mr. Watson is a former regional manager with Storage Technology Company and a broker and sales manager with Dean Witter Reynolds.
Mr. Watson is a graduate of Ohio State University with a B.A. in Political Science and a Masters in Public Administration from Auburn University. He has also completed the required course work toward a Ph.D. in Management.

Carrie Longson
Vice President, Portfolio Administration
Ms. Longson is Vice President Portfolio Administration. Prior to joining Strategy Asset Managers, Ms. Longson held the positions of Institutional Accounting Manager and Senior Portfolio Administrator at Lexington Management Corporation. She has 20 years of experience in the investment industry.
Ms. Longson holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from William Paterson College.
Siobhain Bouton

Ms. Bouton is the Assistant Vice President of Portfolio Administration, Operations and Trading. Prior to joining Strategy Asset Managers, Ms. Bouton worked at Tiedemann Investment Group.

Ms. Santiago works in Portfolio Administration and Trading. Prior to joining Strategy Asset Managers full time, Ms. Santiago worked for the firm part time for 4 years.

Frank A. Peluso
President, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Peluso is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Market Systems Research, Inc., a firm that provides research support to Strategy Asset Managers. Mr. Peluso began his investment career in 1962 by applying his background in mathematical physics to the stock market. He developed a proprietary model that used the principles of mathematical physics to describe the cyclicality of stock price movements. This model ranked stocks in the S&P 500 according to their potential for superior performance. Mr. Peluso established the predecessor firm to MSR Advisors to sell his stock selection research report to institutional clients. In 1984, Mr. Peluso with Lexington Management Corporation formed MSR Advisors to apply his proprietary stock ranking system into an asset management offering. Together, Mr. DeMichele and Mr. Peluso managed the MSR Market Oriented Domestic Equity product from its inception in 1984 to 2000.
Mr. Peluso holds an AB Magna Cum Laude, in Physics from Princeton University, Woodrow Wilson Fellowship from Columbia University and Putnam Fellowship in Mathematical Physics from Princeton University.
Margaret Inoue
Senior Vice President
Ms. Inoue joined Market Systems Research, Inc. (MSRI) in 1986 and is responsible for the production of the firm's research products. She is the investment analyst for the structuring of the MSRI equity portfolios and manages all aspects of the MSRI's office including coordination with the firm's research clients' investment professionals.
Ms. Inoue holds a B.A. degree from Lewis & Clark College.
