Ms. Waterman-Santiago is Senior Vice President with Strategy Asset Managers, LLC and is responsible for marketing and client services on behalf of the firm. Prior to joining Strategy Asset Managers in January 2001, Ms. Waterman-Santiago worked with Lexington Management Corporation, and its subsidiary MSR Advisors, as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Client Services for institutional and private clients. Before joining Lexington Management Corporation and MSR Advisors, Ms. Waterman-Santiago held a position in Human Resources at the law firm of Thacher Proffitt & Wood and a position in Client Services at Solomon Equities, Inc.

David Cook is an experienced wealth management product and sales relationship manager with over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. His investment career began in Merrill Lynch’s Private Portfolio Group, moving to Vice President at Merrill Lynch Mutual Fund Marketing/Asset Management
(MLAM). For the past 10 years, Dave has worked with a client base of wealth advisers, asset managers, and institutional retirement plans, including Taft/Hartley plans. Dave served as Managing Director of Third‐Party Distribution for Stone Toro, a Princeton, NJ alternative investment firm, from 2014‐ 2015. Prior to Stone Toro,
Mr. Cook served as a Financial Advisor with Elevage Partners, LLC. He also has a background in public service. Initially elected in 2009, Dave continues to serve on the Cranbury Township (NJ) Committee. He was subsequently elected Mayor of Cranbury in 2012 and is also currently serving as a member of the Township Planning Board and Budget Committee. Dave is a graduate of Curry College in Milton, MA.

Tony Busacca is a sales and business development professional who has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career at Merrill Lynch and held various roles over his 25 years of service, concluding his time at Merrill as Managing Director at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM), Chief Administration Officer of its Global Propriety Private Client Business. Subsequent to working at MLIM, Tony worked at AllianceBernstein as Managing Director of Marketing Administration overseeing the Marketing Administration and Implementation team. Most recently, Tony served as Managing Director of Business Development at Stone Toro Asset Management, a Princeton, NJ alternative investment firm, from 2010‐2015.
Tony earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from Mercy College and has continued his education at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, New York University, and Long Island University. He earned a Six Sigma Executive Green Belt in 2002.

Michael Baum is an experienced sales and marketing professional with diversified industry experience working with Fortune 100 companies such as General Mills, Tambrands (now a division of Procter & Gamble), and Kraft Foods among others. Michael has extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, sales management and training, advertising, and communications. Michael was a founding member of Stone Toro Asset Management, a Princeton, NJ alternative investment firm, from 2009‐2015 where he served as Director of Marketing and Institutional Sales.
Additionally, Michael has worked as a Financial Advisor with UBS Financial Services, Inc. He is a graduate of Union College and received his MBA from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Grichuhin is a Senior Vice President with Strategy Asset Managers and is responsible for marketing and client service for the Western Region. Prior to joining Strategy Asset Managers, Mr. Grichuhin spent 11 years at Lexington Management Corporation as a Marketing/Client Services representative. Before working at Lexington Management Corporation, Mr. Grichuhin worked with Metric Capital Corporation (formerly The Fox Group-Fox & Carskadon Financial Corporation) and as a stockbroker with Dean Witter Reynolds.
Mr. Grichuhin earned his B.A. and M.A. degrees from Eastern Washington University.

Ms. Watkins is Vice President with Strategy Asset Managers and is responsible for compliance and marketing support on behalf of the firm. Prior to joining Strategy Asset Managers in January 2017, she worked at Systematic Financial Management as a Senior Compliance Associate. Before beginning her investment career at Prudential Financial as a Compliance Associate, Ms. Watkins worked as an attorney in the areas of insurance defense and residential real estate.
Ms. Watkins has a B.A. in Communications from Seton Hall University and a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. She is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar.
