Formed in 2001, Strategy Asset Managers is rich in history with portfolio managers that have over 30 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to establishing Strategy Asset Managers, Robert M. DeMichele (the firm's President, CEO and CIO) served as the Chairman and CEO of Lexington Management Corporation, a $3.8 billion investment management and mutual fund company. Mr. DeMichele also served as Chairman of the Lexington Investment Strategy Group, from 1981 through 2000 during which time he developed a number of products for the more risk-averse and global investor. Alan Wapnick, our Senior Vice President and Director of Global Investment Strategies, worked with Mr. DeMichele at Lexington Management Corporation for 15 years, managing the firm's global products.

Mr. DeMichele also served as Chairman of Market Systems Research (a Lexington subsidiary) from 1986 through 2000. In addition to his position as Chairman, Mr. DeMichele acted as Co-Portfolio Manager, along with Frank Peluso, of the firm's domestic equity product. The affiliation of Strategy Asset Managers with Mr. Peluso's research company, Market Systems Research, Inc, allows Mr. DeMichele to manage domestic equities with research support provided by Market Systems Research, Inc. Mr. DeMichele has been managing private client assets since 1984 and globally structured portfolios since 1987. Strategy Asset Managers will continue to offer products with the strategies that Mr. DeMichele has utilized for over 20 years
